We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is our refund policy for different product types.
Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Guides)
Full refund within 7 days if the product is defective or significantly different from the description.
Refund considered if you haven't downloaded the product yet.
No refunds after the product has been downloaded, unless the product is defective.
Development Services
50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Full refund of deposit if project hasn't started within 14 days of payment.
Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis with full transparency.
Academy & Courses
Full refund within 7 days if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
No refund after 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@drewstechconsult.com with your order ID and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
