Common questions
Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered with you as the owner, and we are listed only as the technical contact. If you ever move to another provider, the domain goes with you.
What happens when it is time to renew?
We contact you before the expiry date and you pay for the next term. A domain that lapses can be taken by someone else, so we chase renewals rather than letting them slip.
How long does setup take?
Common extensions like .com are usually live the same day. Anything unusual can take longer, so we confirm the timeline with you before charging.
Can I move a domain I already own?
Yes. Send us the name and we will walk you through the transfer, or simply point it at hosting we manage for you.
Can I get a refund?
A registered domain cannot be refunded once it has been bought, which is why we confirm the exact spelling and availability with you first. Hosting and care plans can be stopped before the next term.
